Rocky Top Resources is committed to being a responsible member of the communities in which we live, work and operate and we support the charitable endeavors of our employees and their families that make this a part of their personal lives. We believe that supporting local communities long-term fosters strong relationships and leaves a lasting economic and social benefit. Company contributions are considered individually with an emphasis on organizations that have a broad impact on the community.

Rocky Top Resources sponsors many corporate charitable giving programs and matches employee contributions to maximize our charitable impact. Tocky Top’s Matching Gifts program matches up to $500 per employee per year for donations to a charity that is qualified under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We also support and encourage employees to take time off for volunteer causes and provide employees with paid time off for volunteer activities.
